Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Fes
Upon arrival in Fes, we transfer to your riad. Depending on arrival time, we begin exploring the Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with artisan workshops, historical monuments, and traditional markets.
Overnight stay in Fes.
Day 2: Guided Tour of Fes
We dedicate the day to exploring the cultural highlights of Fes, including:
- The ancient Medina
- Al Quaraouiyine University
- The Royal Palace gates
- The famous tanneries
- Traditional craft quarters

Day 3: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Midelt
We depart Fes and head toward the Atlas Mountains.
We stop in Ifrane, known for its alpine-style architecture and cool mountain climate.
Continuing through the Middle Atlas cedar forests, we may encounter Barbary macaques before reaching Midelt for an overnight stay surrounded by mountain scenery.
Day 4: Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
We travel through the breathtaking Ziz Valley, famous for its vast palm groves and panoramic desert views.
By late afternoon, we arrive in Merzouga, located at the edge of the majestic dunes of Erg Chebbi.
Overnight stay in a hotel near the dunes.
Day 5: Merzouga – Camel Trek – Desert Camp
This day is dedicated to the Sahara experience.
We explore the desert by 4×4, visiting nomadic families and enjoying traditional Gnawa music in Khamlia village.
In the late afternoon, we begin our camel trek across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi and witness a breathtaking sunset.
Overnight in a traditional or luxury desert camp under a sky filled with stars.
Day 6: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
After sunrise and breakfast, we visit Rissani’s traditional market before heading toward the impressive Todra Gorges, where towering cliffs create one of Morocco’s most dramatic landscapes.
We continue to Dades Valley, known for its unique rock formations and scenic mountain roads.
Overnight in Dades Valley.
Day 7: Dades Valley – Skoura – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate
We travel through the Valley of Roses and the Skoura palm grove before visiting the legendary Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its earthen architecture.
We continue to Ouarzazate for overnight stay.
Day 8: Ouarzazate – High Atlas Mountains – Return Toward Fes Region
We cross dramatic mountain landscapes, enjoying scenic stops and panoramic views before heading north toward the Middle Atlas region.
Overnight in a mountain town or Midelt.
Day 9: Middle Atlas – Scenic Return to Fes
We continue our scenic drive through cedar forests and mountain landscapes before arriving back in Fes in the afternoon.

Day 10: Departure from Fes
Transfer to the airport depending on your flight schedule, concluding your 10-day Moroccan adventure.
